Michael Hartleib (SHAREHOLDER ACTIVIST) After losing over 1 million dollars in his investment in satellite radio, shareholder activist Michael Hartleib begins a 3 year mission to expose the underhanded trading practices of short-sellers and money managers who have benefited from the falling price of the stock. His quest has taken him in and out of legal courts, exposed him to death threats, and destroyed his marriage.


Richard Keane (NARRATOR and Sirius XM INVESTOR) Richard Keane is a retired postal worker and shareholder advocate fighting to expose "naked short selling" and the use of counterfeit shares in the American stock market. He founded the website www.SiriusNews.com. and has over 37, 000 Twitter followers. Keane was  honorably discharged from Air Force, and received the DCM Airmen of the year award in 1985. He played ice hockey in Germany for 3 years while in Air Force and is a former 4 Sport high school hockey coach and referee. Richard is currently attending college at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) to earn a degree in Business Studies. He is known as "the REF" in online forums and on the internet.



Martine Rothblatt,  Ph.DMBAJ.D. (FOUNDER of Sirius Satellite Radio) American lawyer, author, and entrepreneur. Rothblatt is responsible for launching several communications satellite companies, including the first nationwide vehicle location system (Geostar, 1983), the first private international spacecom project (PanAmSat, 1984), the first global satellite radio network (WorldSpace, 1990), and the first non-geostationary satellite-to-car broadcasting system (Sirius Satellite Radio, 1990). Rothblatt, a male-to-female transsexual, underwent sex reassignment surgery and changed her name to Martine Aliana Rothblatt. She has since become a vocal advocate of transgenderism.


Susanne Trimbath, Ph.D. (EXPERT) CEO and Chief Economist of STP Advisory Services. Dr. Trimbath’s credits include appearances on national television and radio programs and the Emmy® Award nominated Bloomberg report Phantom Shares. Dr. Trimbath served as a Technical Advisor to the California Economic Strategy Panel and Associate Professor of Finance and Business Economics at University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Dr. Trimbath was formerly Senior Research Economist at the Milken Institute and Senior Advisor on the Russian capital markets project for KPMG.

Mel Karmazin (CEO of Sirius XM) Co-founded and was the president of Infinity Broadcasting and eventually became the president and chief executive officer of CBS. As of 2008, he is the CEO of Sirius XM Radio.


Wes Christian (ATTORNEY representing victims of market manipulation) Received his Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas State University in 1975 (now West Texas A&M University) and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1978. In addition to the Texas State Bar, Wes is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Claims, and United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, United States District Court for the Western District of Colorado. Wes’ practice from 1978 to 1993 was principally concentrated in real estate and business organizations. Since this time, he has devoted a considerable percentage of his practice time to commercial litigation, including a number of hundred million dollar cases. Wes has served and is presently serving as a board member of several privately held and public corporations across the country.
